1. Age Requirement

Goodboygunnar does not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

By entering the studio and booking a tattoo appointment, the client confirms that they are of legal age (18+) or are under the

supervision and written consent of a legal guardian where permitted by law.

Valid photo identification may be required at any time.

2. Pricing & Artwork Breakdown

The total price of the tattoo includes:

• 60% for the drawing/design work (concept creation, revisions, stencil preparation)

• 40% for the tattooing procedure itself

The design portion is non-refundable once work on the artwork has begun.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If the client needs to reschedule, at least 48 hours notice must be given to transfer the deposit to a new appointment date.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or cancellation with loss of deposit.

4. Health Disclosure

The client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, or health concerns that could affect

the tattoo process or healing (including but not limited to diabetes, blood disorders, pregnancy, or immune conditions).

Goodboygunnar is not responsible for complications caused by undisclosed medical issues.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential for healing.

The client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist. Goodboygunnar is not responsible for infections, fading,

or complications caused by improper aftercare, neglect, or external factors.

6. Artistic Style & Expectations

Tattooing is a handmade art form and slight variations in color, linework, or design may occur.

The client understands that tattoos may heal differently depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare, and that perfect

replication of reference images cannot be guaranteed.

7. Touch-Ups

Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion within a specified time period.

Damage caused by poor aftercare, sun exposure, or external trauma may require a paid touch-up session.

8. Design Ownership & Promotion

All custom designs created by goodboygunnar remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The studio reserves the right to photograph or video completed tattoos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client

explicitly requests otherwise.

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving a tattoo by goodboygunnar, the client releases the studio and artist from any liability related to allergic reactions,

infections, scarring, or other complications that may occur as a result of the tattoo procedure.

10. Right to Refuse Service

GoodboyGunnar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication,

aggressive behavior, health concerns, or inappropriate requests.
